disaster was averted thanks to quick action taken by staff...A person using the male toilets reported the problem. On investigation it was found that the toilet had backed-up and was close to overflowing. A call to the maintenance staff resulted in an after-hours call out and after a couple of difficulties were overcome, the problem was fixed!
