The mobile library is using Seaford library as a base while building renovations occur at Noarlunga. It's presence at the front of the library certainly draws attention, particularly to the branding on both sides of the vehicle!

Gondola's done...

well, how easy was that - basically it was 4 pieces that just locked-in together and faster than you could say "butter my buns and kiss them in the morning"... it was done!
Now the gondola is ready to sail? drift? ... whatever... in the library.

The 'gondola' is a metal SlatwallTM display unit which has been delivered to the library. We've just learned that this flat-packed wonder is 'easy' to assemble and requires no special skills to construct - we'll let you know how we go...

School Week 2

This is week 2 of school for 2010, although in reality it really is a full-on week 1 (as last week was only 3 days). It's great to see all the teachers and students back (as well as all the new ones) and the week ahead will be very busy as all get materials ready for the new year.
