We had 34 attendees at last nights The Twilight Gig - Ochre Coast Poets (an event of the SA Readers'& Writers' Festival). This was a great turnout for Sarah Wauchope and the Ochre Coast Poets and the special guest Judy Dally.

technology basics for seniors

Yesterday, as part of Every Generation Festival 2013, we delivered a come-and-play session for seniors where they could try various new devices such as e-readers, gaming consoles and tablets. Students from Seaford 6-12 School were on hand to help and provide short, informative presentations. Although numbers attending was small the feedback was very positive!

family fun morning

The Seaford Family Fun Morning was a great success with over 250 people attending (despite the inclement weather). Many of the activities were delivered in the library where it was warm and dry!

book sale

The Spring book sale continues this week with lots of bargain books, magazines, CDs and DVDs all looking for a new home!

The Seaford District Centre information (and map) went up for display in the library to provide the local community access to development plans (so far)...

Australian citizenship day

Yesterday we celebrated Australian Citizenship Day at the library...

The new 3D printer has been delivered. After some staff testing and training it will be available to our customers...
