toilet refurbishment

Toilet refurbishment has commenced. Work includes new seats/covers, replacement of damaged cisterns, installation of isolation taps, repair of leaking taps/toilets and re-setting of loose bowls. This work will continue over the next two to three weeks.

new installation

A new PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) installation has been provided today. We are still awaiting the delivery of a modem ( to connect to the NAC) but once this is in place it will allow remote access for a fault reporting and management  service.

stockpiling

As we are off-line for three days we are stockpiling all returned materials. When we go live on Thursday, we will be able to check-in all these items.

OneCard implementation

Almost ready for our customers (3 days to Go Live). The banners are out and the information brochures are available. Staff are using the off-line module for CKO and stockpiling returns (until we go live). We have introduced a number of work-arounds to maintain service delivery... roll on Thursday!
